In the event that you have buyers’ remorse, choose another puppy from another breeder, or have circumstances that change, this amount is not refundable. The earnest money can be moved to a different litter.
By adding this to the Cart and checking out, you agree to the terms of this earnest money as being non-refundable and have signed the document provided by KP Pomskies that states the same terms. You have also signed the contract that also shows the agreement to these terms.
